Davey Studio, Worthing
Award winning Illustrator Owen Davey commissioned us to design, build and install custom furniture for his new home studio. Items included a 3m long desk with integrated book shelves, two monitor stands and three desk drawers. The desk needed to fit two monitors and have enough space for Owen to sketch out and work on large pieces of paper. Above the desk is a floating shelf for prints and artwork. We also designed a free standing games and book shelf, a media unit with sliding doors, a medium shelf which sits above and triangle corner wall shelf. All items were made from furniture grade birch ply, hand sanded and finished in Osmo Polyx®-Oil.
