A 1200 mm wide desk with two drawers cut out of only one sheet of 18mm birch ply, finished in a hard wearing non toxic varnish.

The drawers aren't very deep, so there are pocketed out shapes in both drawer bases for a variety of items including pens, pencils, ruler, notebook, hard drive and laptop etc.

There are two holes at the back of both the desk top and draw support piece for cables to poke through. The four circle pieces cut from the tops made two pen holders.   

For cutting efficiency, the drawer bases and fronts are nested into the four leg pieces.
